Payment Schedule

Here is more information about what is included in the price of the trip.

1. Round trip economy class air travel from Atlanta to London which includes one main meal and 1 snack on each flight. The plane will also include free movies and audio entertainment.

2. 6 nights accomodation in a centrally located first class hotel in London.

3. A continental buffet breakfast served each day we are in London (6 breakfasts).

4. Dinner each day in London, consisting of at least two courses served from a specially pre-selected menus- 6 meals -voucher option available for up to 3 meals.

5. Round trip transfers from London airport to hotel by luxury coach, including specialist "meet and greet" service on arrival and "check-in" assistance service on departure.

6. A HALF day (4 hour) educational tour of London's West End and City, with professional guide and photo stops, on private chartered coach.

7. A HALFday educational tour from an extensive selection of tours (To Be Determined Later). All available tours are by private chartered motor coach with a fully qualified professional guide.

8. A FULL day educational tour from an extensive selection of tours (To Be Determined Later). All available tours are by private chartered motor coach with a fully qualified professional guide.

9. Tickets to an evening performance of a top West End (London's Broadway) musical at a London Theatre, including round trip transfers by coach.

10. A ticket to one of the "Music for London" Gala concerts being held as part of the "London Parade Festival".

11. Arrangements for a strictly student oriented and controlled "New Year's Eve Celebration" at your London hotel. Banquet/meeting room provided with "disco" and appropriate lighting, cash soft drink and snack bar.

12. A full time Resource Staff Member to look after us while we are in London.

13. A "London Parade Festical Souvenir T-Shirt". This is a special limited edition shirt available only to participants.

14. A souvenir mounted photograph of the group taken prior to the Parade.

15. One large poster sized print of the group for diplaying in the school.

16. Specially arranged carriage of all musical equipment. There will also be a storage room at the hotel.

17. A specially struck "London Parade Festival" medal.

18. All taxes and charges imposed by the US and UK Governments for Airline and Airport Facility usage.

19. A Youth Music of the World specially written comprehensive Travel Insurance Policy.

20. All tips and taxes to all service providers.
